What is Regression Therapy?
Regression therapy is based on the idea that past experiences and emotions can continue to affect an individual’s
- thoughts,
- feelings,
- and behaviors
well into adulthood.
These unresolved emotions and experiences can result in mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, phobias, and even physical pain.
“who you were, who you are, and who you will be, are three different people”
How does Regression Therapy work?
If you’re experiencing difficulty today, it’s possible that buried memories from your childhood or even a past life could be the cause.
To access these memories, hypnosis is used to guide you into a deep state of relaxation. Once accessed, I will work with you to explore and process associated emotions using techniques such as visualization or guided imagery. This process can provide new insights into your current patterns of behavior and emotions, allowing you to develop new strategies to overcome your struggles and improve your mental and physical well-being.
This approach is particularly helpful for individuals who have experienced trauma, as it is a safe and supportive way to process those experiences without spending countless hours in talk therapy. It may be especially useful if other forms of therapy have failed to provide relief.
7 Key Outcomes of Regression Therapy
- Gaining greater self-awareness
2. Improving emotional regulation
3. Enhancing relationships
4. Reducing symptoms of anxiety & depression
5. Obtaining pain relief from chronic pain or other injuries
6. Increasing a sense of purpose
7. Clarifying your values and goals
What to Expect During Hypnosis
Hypnosis, also known as trance, is a state of relaxation and focused attention induced by a trained therapist. While under hypnosis, you are NOT asleep or unconscious, but rather in a state of heightened suggestibility and open-mindedness to new ideas and experiences. The experience of hypnosis varies for each person. However, common sensations include
- a deep sense of relaxation,
- calmness,
- and comfort.
Some individuals may feel detached from their surroundings or experience a heavy sensation in their limbs, while others may feel as though they are floating or drifting.
During hypnosis, you may also experience vivid mental imagery or sensations, similar to a daydream. It’s important to note that hypnosis is NOT a form of mind control. The process is a collaboration between the therapist and the individual. You will always have control over your thoughts and actions.
How You’ll Feel After Hypnosis
The experience of regression therapy can differ from one person to another. After the session, some people may feel very relaxed and calm, while others may feel more emotional, excited, or introspective. During the session, you may experience a range of emotions, which can sometimes bring up difficult or uncomfortable feelings that you may need to process in the days or weeks following the session. However, many people report feeling a sense of relief or release after regression therapy because they have gained new insights into their emotions and behaviors. Some people will notice immediate improvements in their mental health or behavior following the session, while in other cases, it may take more time to see changes.

How Regression Therapy Changed These 7 Lives
Jolie P. – Chronic Pain and Repeated Injuries
Jolie P. had been suffering from chronic pain in her lower back for years. She had tried everything from physical therapy to medication, but nothing seemed to work. As long as she could remember she was continuously injuring her back. The last occasion she had to quit her job at a company after nearly being chopped in half by a screen printing machine. That event was followed by multiple surgeries and intense ongoing pain. When she heard about regression therapy she was skeptical at first, but she was desperate for relief from her chronic pain, so she decided to give it a try. During her first session, Jolie was taken back to a past life where she found herself hanging from a cliff. She was in a desperate situation after being betrayed by a friend who had pulled a knife on her and stabbed her in the back. She hit the ground and rolled off the cliff, hanging on for dear life. She looked to her friend to save her in the end, which she didn’t, and as she fell, she heard the sickening sound of her back breaking against the rocks below. It was a terrifying experience that had been haunting her for lifetimes. She realized that her present life was a consistent reminder of that life with the continued injuries to her back. But after her regression therapy session, she felt like she had finally resolved the conflict of betrayal that had been holding her back. She realized that the constant reminders by means of accidents and of her pain were no longer necessary. Through three other sessions Jolie was able to heal both the emotional turmoil and energetic blocks by confronting her past and learning from it. She learned to let go of the hurt and pain of her previous life and moved forward with a newfound sense of freedom and relief. After her first session the chronic pain was cut but over half and with the last three, her pain started to fade away completely, and she felt that there was no need to continue injuring her back as a reminder to be vigilant.
Samantha M. – Trauma
Growing up, Samantha always felt like something was wrong with her. No matter what she did, she could never shake the feeling of not being good enough. She blamed herself for her father’s constant criticism, thinking that if she just tried harder, maybe he would love her. But the emotional abuse continued, and Samantha was left feeling worthless and alone. Years later, in her first session, she was transported back to her childhood, where she remembered her father’s constant put-downs and belittling comments. I helped Samantha process the overwhelming emotions that came flooding back, and she was finally able to understand the root of her deep-seated shame and self-doubt. With each subsequent session, Samantha delved deeper into her past, confronting the trauma she had suppressed for so long. It wasn’t easy, but with guidance, Samantha slowly began to heal from the emotional abuse she had endured. As she worked through her past, Samantha found herself becoming more confident and self-assured. She was finally able to let go of the belief that she wasn’t good enough, and instead saw herself for the amazing person she truly was. With a newfound sense of self-worth, Samantha was able to form healthier relationships and live, in her words, a more fulfilling life.
Chris P. – PTSD
Chris was a decorated soldier who had bravely served his country overseas. However, when he returned home, he seemed a shell of his former self. His once outgoing personality had been replaced by anxiety, fear, and constant terror. Every loud noise or unexpected movement sent him into a state of panic, and he had trouble sleeping and being alone. Even in the safety of his own home, Chris felt like he was back in a warzone, so much so that it even killed his relationship. His therapist had recommended various treatments to help him cope with the symptoms of PTSD, but nothing seemed to work. Chis was at a loss, feeling trapped in a cycle of fear and pain. A mutual friend told him about me and regression therapy and he decided to give it a try. During the session, Chris was guided into a state of deep relaxation, and I helped him access his memories of the traumatic events he had experienced. Though it was difficult at first, Chris was able to revisit these events, disassociating and separating them from the negative emotions. With my help he was able confront the emotions that had been holding him back. He cried, screamed, and felt the pain of the past, but he also felt a sense of release and catharsis that he hadn’t experienced before. As he emerged from the session, Chris said that he felt like a weight had been lifted from his shoulders. In fact, he was sitting taller in the chair! The fear and anxiety that had once consumed him had begun to subside, and he felt a newfound sense of hope and optimism for the future. While there was still work to be done, Chris knew that he had a powerful tool at his disposal to help him overcome the trauma of the past and live what he called a “more normal” life.
Michelle M. – Anxiety
Michelle said that she had always struggled with anxiety, she couldn’t even remember not being anxious, but it had become unbearable in recent months She was constantly worried about everything and anything, and her anxiety was affecting her work, her relationships, and her overall quality of life. Despite trying various forms of therapy, she couldn’t seem to shake off the overwhelming feelings of fear and worry. That’s when she decided to try regression therapy. During her first session, Michelle was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. I put her into a state of deep relaxation, and as she closed her eyes, we began to regress further and further back. Then, memories from her childhood began to flood in. Only it wasn’t her current childhood that she was experiencing. She saw herself as a little boy feeling scared and alone while her(his) parents argued constantly. They were arguing about money and food, they were always arguing about money and food. Many nights She(now he) went to bed hungry. Everything was gloom it was always cold it seemed and wet as well. Near as she(he) could figure out, it was sometime in the early 1700’s and she(he) was living in a big noisy, dirty, smelly city. Her(his) parents fought constantly and on more than one occasion her(his) father would strike her(his) mother. She never fought back. She(he) would hide between the bed and the wall with her(his) face on the cold floorboards watching their legs and feet as they yelled and fought. She realized that the constant fighting had left her with a deep sense of insecurity and fear. Through a further three sessions, Michelle was able to process these memories and emotions. We worked through regression to clear energy blocks as well and brought back into her energy field those parts of her that had split off to protect her from the trauma from that life. She began to understand how her past experiences had been influencing her present-day anxiety. She learned new coping strategies and ways to calm her mind and body when feeling overwhelmed. With each session, Michelle felt a sense of relief and release. She was able to let go of the past and embrace a more peaceful and confident present. Her anxiety began to dissipate, and she felt more in control of her life than ever before.
Emily W. – Depression
Emily had been struggling with depression for years, feeling stuck and hopeless despite trying various treatments. During her sessions, Emily dug deep into her subconscious mind and discovered a past life trauma that was at the root of her depression. In a past life, sometime around the 1600’s Emily had been a young girl living in a small village. She was the 4th child of 6 children. Her father was a farmer and caretaker to the larger livestock. People really seemed to like hime and because they liked and trusted him, they also liked the rest of the family. Her mother was kind and loving and worked the day through watching after the children, preparing meals and did whatever else needed doing. Emily’s job was to walk to the river everyday with her older sister to fetch water, they both would fill two large buckets tied to a piece of wood that they would balance on their shoulders. The buckets were heavy but she enjoyed the time with her sister, it was the only time that she was able to really bond with her. One afternoon, upon returning from the river they could see from their vantage point on the small hill that the village was in chaos. From that small hill they witnessed the brutal murder of her entire family at the hands of thieves. She dropped her pails and began to run. Her sister was faster and the distance between them grew quickly. By the time she reached the village, the thieves were gone and her family along with several of the villagers were dead. The trauma of that experience had carried over into her current life, manifesting as depression. Emily was able to confront the trauma head-on and work through the emotions she had been suppressing for so long. Through the experience, Emily realized that she had been holding onto guilt for not being able to protect her family in that past life and had kept that contract of protection along with her to the next life. Emily was finally able to release that guilt, break the contract and begin to heal from the trauma of her past life. She felt a sense of peace and closure, and her depression began to lift. Months later, Emily was still feeling the positive effects of her regression therapy session. She was no longer held captive by her depression and was able to live her life free from the guilt. The past life regression therapy had brought her the breakthrough she needed to overcome her struggles.
Susie G, OCD
Background on Susie: Claimed she had always been a nervous and anxious person, always feeling like something bad was about to happen. Her OCD was just one of the many ways in which her anxiety manifested itself, a coping mechanism that gave her a sense of control over her world. Susie’s grandmother, the person she was closest to in the world, passed away suddenly. The loss was devastating, and Susie found herself plunged into a deep depression. However, she couldn’t shake the feeling that her grandmother was still with her, watching her every move and judging her. Through the therapy, Susie was transported back to her childhood, to a time when she was just a little girl. She saw herself playing with her grandmother, happy and carefree. But then her parents would come to take her away, and she would be left crying and alone. As Susie relived these memories, she realized that her OCD and anxiety were rooted in her fear of separation from her grandmother. Her compulsions were a way of keeping her close, of maintaining a strong and willful sense of connection even after her grandmother was gone. Through three regression therapy sessions, Susie was able to confront her fears and come to terms with the loss of her grandmother. She learned to let go of her compulsions and to trust that her grandmother’s love would always be with her, even if she wasn’t physically present. In the end, Susie emerged from her regression therapy a changed person. She was no longer defined by her anxiety and OCD, but by her strength and resilience. She had faced her deepest fears and come out the other side, stronger and more determined than ever before. A six month check-in revealed that she was still free from the crippling effects of OCD.
Johnny R. – Past Life Exploration
Johnny, an artist, had always felt an emotional connection to the art of medieval blacksmithing. He could feel the heat of the forge, the weight of the hammer in his hand, and the satisfaction of creating something beautiful from raw metal. But as much as he loved the craft, he couldn’t explain why. It was a passion that had burned within him for as long as he could remember. He was having doubts about the viability of being a vibrant successful artist while wanting to only use metal as his medium. So, he, with the persuasion of a friend decided to try regression therapy for past life exploration. As he closed his eyes and entering a trance state I began to help him let his mind drift back in time. He found himself in 1770’s New England, working as an apprentice to a skilled blacksmith. The smell of burning coal and melting metal filled his nostrils, and he could feel the sweat pouring down his face as he hammered away at a piece of metal after stoking the fire. As we went deeper into this past life memory, Johnny discovered that he eventually had specialized in crafting weapons and farming items, from his very own smithy. He had created some of the most intricate and balanced swords, as well as the tools that farmers needed to till their land. The passion for his craft had consumed him, and he had poured every ounce of his being into perfecting it. Through his regression therapy session, Johnny realized that his lifelong fascination with blacksmithing was not just a hobby, but a calling. It was a part of who he was, and it had been passed down through generations of his family. Johnny left the session feeling overwhelmed with emotion, a sense of belonging and purpose flooding over him as he returned to his current life.
Introducing Your Regression Therapist, Larunce
I always felt a deep pull towards visiting sacred sites across the world, from Chichén Itzá and Machu Picchu to Stonehenge and Mount Queng Cheng. As I explored these places, I couldn’t shake the feeling of familiarity and that there had to be more to life than what most people settled for, myself included. I knew that deep down, everyone had the potential to live a life full of purpose and fulfillment. But for some reason, it seemed like something was holding everyone back.
It wasn’t until I dove into the works of Carl Jung, Nietzsche, Lao Tzo and later Marcus Aurelius, Goddard and Weiss that I started to really uncover the power of the human mind. As I began to unravel my own past traumas and emotional blocks through a past life regression course, I experienced a profound transformation that shook me to my core. It was like I had been living in a haze for my whole life, and suddenly everything became clear. I was driven to become a regression therapist so that I could help others access the power of their subconscious mind to release their own emotional and energetic blocks to finally live their lives with passion and to the fullest.
My journey is a visceral reminder that we all have the potential to overcome our limitations and live extraordinary lives, and that sometimes all it takes is the courage to look within ourselves and face what’s been holding us back.
What Clients Say – 3 Personal Reviews
Michelle M.
If you had told me a few months ago that regression therapy would help me overcome my anxiety, I would have laughed it off. But after going through the process with Larunce myself, I can say with confidence that it was a life-changing experience.
I had been dealing with anxiety for years, and nothing seemed to work. Therapy, medication, meditation – none of it could bring me the relief I was seeking. But then I heard about regression therapy, and something about it resonated with me. The process was daunting at first. I was skeptical and didn’t know what to expect. But Larunce was kind, compassionate, and reassuring. He explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with the process. We uncovered experiences and traumas that were buried deep within me, things that I had never even considered before. Suddenly, so much of what I had been struggling with made sense. But the most incredible part was the breakthrough that came after the session. By understanding the root of my anxiety, I was able to break a cycle that had been holding me back for so long.
I felt lighter and I was finally able to move in a purposeful direction with my life. I’m not saying that regression therapy is a magic cure-all. It takes hard work and a willingness to confront some uncomfortable truths. But for me, it was worth it. I feel like I have a better understanding of myself, my past, and my future. I have a sense of peace that I haven’t felt in years. If you’re struggling with anxiety or any other emotional issues, I would highly recommend Larunce and give Regression Therapy a try. It may be the missing piece of the puzzle that helps you break free from whatever cycle you’re stuck in.
LeeAnn B.
I was at my wit’s end, years of dealing with chronic pain,. Nothing was working, and I was constantly in agony. That’s when a friend recommended Larunce and Regression Therapy to me. Like I said, nothing else had worked so I decided to give it a try. During the session, we uncovered a past life where I had experienced a traumatic event that was closely connected to my current pain- and that my friend was freaky.
The most incredible part was the release of my pain after the session, I could finally move without constant discomfort. Seriously, the pain went from an 11 to a 1! I can’t say enough about how Larunce made the regression therapy experience a wonderful one for me. If you’re dealing with chronic pain like I was, it is a no brainer.
Jessica A.
During my sessions with Larunce (who is amazing by the way), I was transported to past lives that were intense and emotional. It was like watching a movie, but with me as the main character. I felt everything – the pain, the joy, the fear. And while it was scary at first, I soon realized the incredible impact it was having on me.
Through the connections we made during the sessions, I gained a deeper understanding of myself and my past. If you’re open to exploring the unknown and gaining a deeper understanding of yourself, I would highly recommend giving Past Life Regression a try. It may be scary at first, but the rewards are immeasurable. It’s an experience that can transform your life and leave a lasting impact on your soul.
